A program will be e-mailed to all Jr. 1 & 2's that will consist of 3 segments 1. Aerobic 2. Upper and lower body strength 3. Core fitness An e-mail will go out late April targeting a day in early May for the purpose of covering the programs content, this will be a helpful session of clear understanding, see you at City Park! Dates and times are located on this website under the TEAMS tab, in the A/B-J1&2 group. It is critical that when the calander is shown you click on each day's link. This will provide you with location and general events of the day. Typically, we have two sessions of Strength on Monday and Wednesday at 6:30am and 3:30pm located at the New Park facility in Kimbal Junction. You will only attend one of these sessions per day. In addition to the Strength sessions we have additional conditioning components on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. These sessions are typically at City Park, however it is critical that you check each day for updates and changes. We feel Conditioning is a vital component to overall success in ski racing and encourage participation on a daily basis.
